Air Deccan

You can find us over at Aradhana House, which is Road No-O in the Indrapuri area of Keshri Nagar. It’s actually Mr. J.N. Mishra’s place, and we’ve been operating Air Deccan from here for some time. Patna-800024 is a busy pin code, but Indrapath is a bit more settled than the main market areas. The road out front is a bit narrow, so parking a big car is always a headache. We usually just tell people to look for the house near the corner. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We have the usual desks and some old files stacked up. The windows stay open mostly to let a breeze in, though that means we get some of the street noise too. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where the work gets done. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a cycle to get in. There is a small veranda where we keep some potted plants that struggle a bit in the summer heat. We spend our mornings checking schedules and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a steady routine. Nothing too exciting happens, but we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. It’s just a local office doing its bit in this corner of the city.
