A B C Tour & Travels

A B C Tour & Travels operates out of the Biscomaun Annexi Building, which is over by West Gandhi Maidan. We are right on Exhibition Road, sitting opposite Club 9 and the SBI Bank branch there. Being near Gandhi Maidan means there is always something going on nearby, and it makes it fairly simple for people to give directions to our place. The office itself is quite basic with the usual desks, chairs, and a printer that we use all day long. We spend a lot of time looking at train and flight schedules to see what fits for the people who walk in. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates, really. Sometimes someone will come in looking for a specific tour and we have to call around or check our lists to see what we can manage. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. We just talk to people like regular neighbors and try to sort out their travel plans without making things too complicated. The building is an older one, so it has that specific Patna feel to it. We keep our doors open during the day and wait for whoever needs help with their next trip. It's a steady job and we like being in this part of the city where everything is so close by. Most of our day is just handling those small travel details that people don't want to do themselves.
