Ess Aar Enterprises

We’ve been running Ess Aar Enterprises out of this spot in the furniture market for a good while now. It’s on the first floor, S. C. F. 11 to be exact. If you know the Govind Vihar area in Baltana, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We are right near the B. S. N. L. Exchange, which usually helps people find the place when they get lost in the market streets. Zirakpur has changed a lot lately, but this corner of the furniture market stays pretty busy. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day work, sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the movement downstairs. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of what's happening outside on the street. People come in and out, mostly locals from around Baltana who know the shortcuts. We don't really do much big advertising, we just stay here and do what needs to be done. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but it works for us. It’s just a regular workplace where we keep things moving. Most days, we’re just busy handling the paperwork or talking to whoever stops by. It’s a practical setup, nothing too special, just the way we like it to be for running a business in this part of town.
