Punjab Precision Tools

Out here at D-71 in the Focal Point area, things are always moving. Punjab Precision Tools is right in the middle of it all. It’s an industrial part of town, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve got trucks moving in and out, and the sound of other factories nearby is just part of the background. Our shop is a straightforward place. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just the tools and the benches we use every day. Some of the guys have been working these machines since they were young. We show up early, usually when it’s still a bit cold out, and get the power turned on. There’s a rhythm to the work that you only get after doing it for years. We don’t use a lot of big words or talk about goals. We just look at the metal and see what needs to be cut or shaped. The lunch break is usually spent sitting outside if the weather is okay, just talking about family or the news. Sometimes the orders pile up and we have to stay late, but that’s just how this business goes. We’ve seen other shops come and go in Focal Point, but we’ve stayed here at D-71, just doing what we know. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’re used to the grease and the hard work. It’s just us, doing our thing every day until the sun goes down.
