Vishal Tools India is situated at D-186 in the Focal Point area. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate like this, you know what it’s like. There are trucks everywhere and the roads are always a bit bumpy from the heavy loads. Our building is a plain grey structure that looks like all the others on this block. Inside, it’s mostly storage and a few workbenches where we check the inventory. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a tour. It’s just where we handle the tools. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading crates. Sometimes the heat inside gets a bit much during the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters rolled up to get a breeze. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s counting stock or sweeping the floor. There’s no hierarchy here; we just get the job done. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and find someone. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we have our own way of organizing things that makes sense to us. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the drivers and the other guys working in Focal Point. It’s just a regular, working-class spot that does its own thing. Sometimes we stay late to finish a count, but we don't mind much as long as the work is right.
