Over at B-22 in the Industrial Focal Point, you’ll find the building where Super Hobs - Broaches Pvt. Ltd. operates. We specialize in making hobs and broaches, which is very specific work that requires a lot of looking through magnifying glasses. The shop floor is lined with grinders and cutters that make a very specific high-pitched noise all day. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the different stations for sharpening and checking the teeth on the tools. We’ve been at this for a long time, and the floor is stained from years of oil and metal shavings. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is even in the dark. We have a small group of guys who have been doing this for decades, and they can tell if a tool is right just by the sound it makes against the stone. We don't go in for big meetings or fancy presentations. We just take the orders, look at the specs, and start cutting. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and the only sound is the machines and the occasional truck passing by outside. It’s honest work that leaves you with metallic dust in your hair, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep the kettle going for anyone who needs a break. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops just like ours.
