You can find Raj Con Engineering Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No Mig 11 in Padmanabhpur. We are tucked in right near Sagar Hard Ware, which is a pretty good landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. It is a decent spot to work from. Being near a hardware store actually helps out more than you would think because we are always needing some small part or tool that we didn't realize we were low on. The neighborhood around Padmanabhpur is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours trying to get things built. Our office is not very big, and it usually has blueprints or some kind of technical drawing spread out over the main table. We do a lot of engineering work here, focusing on various projects that come our way. It is mostly just a few of us sitting around discussing how to solve a specific problem or checking on progress. Some days are quieter than others, but there is usually someone popping in to ask a question or drop off some paperwork. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working. We have been at this location for a bit, and it suits what we do. It’s a practical setup for an engineering outfit. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits and keep the lights on without making things too complicated.
