Nicco Corporation Ltd(Project Divisuion)

This is the Project Division for Nicco Corporation Ltd. We are located in the K.T.P.P Township, specifically at Quarter No-A-5/3. Working inside a township like this has its own feel. It’s a bit like a small world of its own here in East Midnapore. We are close to the power plant area, so there’s always a bit of a hum in the background. Our work is mostly focused on specific projects, which means things change from month to month. One day we might be buried in drawings and plans, and the next we are out on a site seeing how things are going. It’s not a corporate office in a skyscraper. It’s a township quarter where we’ve set up our desks and files. Mecheda isn't too far away, which is good for getting supplies or catching a train when we need to leave the area. We eat at the local canteen and know most of the people walking around. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much fancy jargon. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or what the next step in the project is. The weather in West Bengal can be a challenge for outdoor work, but we manage. We aren't here to make big speeches or promote ourselves. We just want to finish the work assigned to this division and move on to the next task. It’s a steady life here.
