L&T

We are located in a small village called Raniaura, which is near Panskura in the Purbamedinipur district. Our daily work happens at Purna Chandra Guria’s place. Being out here in the countryside is quite different from being in the big cities, but we really like the atmosphere. It’s much quieter and we happen to know almost everyone living around us. At L&T, we don’t have a massive office building or a lot of flash. It’s just a practical and simple space where we can sit down and get our work done. Most of our days involve dealing with local projects and keeping track of various things. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit slow, but we always make do with whatever we have. We’ve been here for a good while now and the people in the village are used to seeing us. We don’t use any of that complicated corporate jargon. We just talk like normal people because that’s exactly who we are. The air is a lot fresher out here, even if we sometimes have to travel a bit to get into the main town for supplies. We have a very small group of people working here at the moment. Everyone chips in with whatever job needs doing that day. It is not always easy, but we genuinely enjoy the work we do. We like to keep everything honest and straightforward. We just keep plugging away at our daily tasks and it works for our small team.
