You can find us in Kharagpur, over in the Vivekanandapally area on Malancha Road. Our office is actually associated with the home of Mr. Subir Kumar Middya, which gives you an idea of how local and personal our setup is. Kharagpur is a busy town in the Paschim Midnapur district of West Bengal, known for the railway and the university, but our side of town is more of a mix of homes and small businesses. The Malancha Road area is always full of activity, with rickshaws and motorbikes passing by all day long. Our workspace is humble and doesn't have any of those big corporate signs you see in the city. We have a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of files related to our work in the region. The weather here can be very hot, so we rely on our ceiling fans to keep things comfortable while we work. We’re part of the local community here, and many of the people who come by are friends or long-time associates. It’s a simple way of doing business that suits us just fine. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine; we just drink tea from the local shop and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a quiet, hardworking environment where we value the personal connections we’ve built over the years in this part of West Bengal.
