Larsen Toubro Ltd

Down here in Vill. Haribalavpur, things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. We are set up at Mr. Himadrisekhar Das’s place, which is out in the Purba Midnapur district near Deulpota. It is a quiet spot, surrounded by a lot of greenery and fields. Being with Larsen Toubro Ltd in a place like this means we spend a lot of time on the road or just managing things from this small base. The office isn't much to look at, just some sturdy tables and a bunch of files that keep growing. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, so we usually just walk out to the local stall when we need a break. The weather gets quite heavy during the monsoon, and the roads get a bit muddy, but we still show up and do the work. It is a simple life here. Most of the people around know us as the guys who work for the big company, but we just feel like locals now. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The walls have some old calendars on them and the fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but it stays cool enough. We aren't here to put on a show for anyone. We just handle the business and go home when the sun starts to set.
