Down in Kusdi, in the Jintur Taluka, you'll find our office at the residence of Shri Ingle Uttam Rambhu. Viranganamahila Farmer Producer Company Limited is an organization run by the local women here. We got together because we felt that by joining forces, we could manage our agricultural work more effectively. Our office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet to talk about the upcoming seasons. It’s not a big corporate building, just a humble space in the village. We focus on the things that matter to us, like getting the right fertilizers or finding better ways to sell our produce. Being in Kusdi, we are close to the fields and the people we work with every day. There’s a lot of chatter and activity whenever we meet up. We don't use complicated business language; we just talk about the soil, the water, and the crops. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get everything organized, especially with our other responsibilities at home, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be a massive company; we just want to help the women farmers in our area get a fair deal. It’s hard work, and the rewards aren't always immediate, but we just stay focused on the work at hand. Most days you’ll find us busy with some task or another, just trying to keep things moving forward for our members. It’s a local effort, and we just keep at it day by day.
