Anusaras Agro Producer Company Limited

We’ve been working out of Pimpla (B) for a while now, specifically over at Shri Pandurang Ramji Patil’s place in Chudawa. It is a small spot in Basmath, but it is where we get everything done for Anusaras Agro Producer Company Limited. Some days are much busier than others, and usually, we are just focusing on the daily tasks involved with the crops and the local land here. Most of us grew up around these fields, so we know the soil pretty well. It is not a big fancy office or anything like that. We just have our space where we coordinate things and make sure the work gets handled. The weather plays a big part in how our week looks. Rainy days usually mean we stay inside more than we would like. When it is dry, we are out there for hours on end. We do not really have a big team, just a few of us who know the area. People in Chudawa know where to find us if they need anything related to the agro work we do. It is practical work. We handle the seeds, the harvests, and all the little details that come with running a producer company in this part of Basmath. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping track of schedules. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand each morning. That is pretty much how we spend our time here at the Patil residence. It is quiet but keeps us on our toes.
