Our office, if you can call it that, is at House Number 78 in Errandeshwar. It is in the Purna area. The name Urban Shetkari Farmers Producer Companylimited might sound a bit different, but we are just local farmers at heart. Most of us have been working these fields since we were boys. We decided to come together as a company to handle the buying and selling part of farming. It is a lot of paperwork, which none of us really likes, but it has to be done. You’ll usually see us gathered around the house talking about the crops or waiting for a truck to arrive. We don't have any fancy signs or a big warehouse. We just use what we have available. Every day is a bit of a struggle with the weather and the costs of running a farm, but having the group helps. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just grow food and try to get a decent price for it so we can keep going. Errandeshwar is a quiet place and we like to keep our business straightforward. If someone needs to talk to us, they just show up at the house. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do the work, look after the land, and hope for a good season every year.
