Vcy Farmer Producer Company Limited is located over in the R.I. Unit in Parbhani district. We share space with Vishwanath Chimanajilingi, which makes it easier for everyone to find us since most people in the area know the name. Being in Parbhani, the heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't a big company with fancy logos everywhere. It’s more of a practical setup where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of what our members need. There are always papers piling up on the desks and the sound of someone outside on a tractor or a bike. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it feels like a losing battle with all the different things going on at once. Most of us here come from farming backgrounds, so we don't really talk like city people. We just say what needs to be said and get on with the chores. It’s not always pretty, and the office might need a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time talking to the local folks who come by to check on their accounts or see what the plan is for the next month. It’s a straightforward way of living and working, without any of that corporate talk that nobody around here really understands or cares for anyway.
