Suryawanshi Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at house number 126 in Tadkalas, which is in Purna. Our company is all about the farmers here who wanted to do things a bit differently. Instead of every person for themselves, we grouped up. It makes sense when you think about the costs of everything these days. We mainly focus on the agro side of things, handling the crops that come out of our local fields. It’s a busy life. In the mornings, everyone is out working, and in the afternoons, some of us gather to handle the company business. We don't have a big staff. It's just us. We use the space in Tadkalas to keep our records and plan for the next season. The roads here get dusty, and the sun is sharp, but we are used to it. We deal with the local buyers and try to get the best we can for our members. There’s no magic to it, just keeping track of what we grow and where it goes. We started this because we wanted a bit more control over our own lives. It’s a learning process, especially the legal side of being a company. But we are getting there. People in Purna know us as the Suryawanshi group. We just keep our heads down and work. If a neighbor needs help with their harvest, we are usually there. That’s just how it is. We are part of this community and we plan to stay that way.
