Siddhi Manwat Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

House No. 8-7-30 in New Rachna Colony is where we operate. It is right off Parbhani Road in Manwat. Most people in the colony know this house because there are always people coming and going. It is not a typical office building. It is a home that we use for the Siddhi Manwat Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited work. There is a small porch where we sit when the weather is nice. Manwat has a rhythm to it, especially during the sowing season. We have a lot of paperwork piled up on an old desk inside. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood are playing outside and it gets noisy. We talk about the crops and how the soil is doing this year. Parbhani Road is usually busy with buses and trucks. We stay here because it is close to the people we work with. We don't use any big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, it is just three or four of us sitting with some chai. The walls could use a bit of paint, but that doesn't matter much. What matters is the work we do for the farms around here. If the gate is open, it means we are inside working on the accounts or talking to someone who just came from the fields. It is a practical place for practical people.
