Shreeoyankatesh Agro Producer Company Limited is located in Parbhani, at Rajandra Giri Nagar. We operate out of the space provided by Sow Ramabai Sureshrao Jadhav. It is a local neighborhood where people are always moving about, and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is mainly focused on helping the farmers in this part of the district get their goods to where they need to go. We have a lot of meetings in the small front room, often with the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can get. The walls have some old calendars and a few photos of the fields from last year. We don't use a lot of complicated words or business talk because that isn't who we are. We are people who understand what it is like to work in the sun all day. When a farmer comes in with a problem, we listen and try to figure out a practical way to solve it. Sometimes the solutions are simple and sometimes they take a lot of phone calls to different people. We don't have a polished image to maintain. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops don't go to waste. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we always find a way through it by the end of the day. Being in Rajandra Giri Nagar keeps us connected to the community.
