Sai Venkatesh Krushi Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at Shriram Colony, House Number 250, in Sailu. It is part of the Parbhani district. We share the space with Pankaj Nikam, who has been around here for a long time. We are a krushi producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of farmers trying to do things a bit more professionally. The room we use is filled with bags of seeds sometimes, and other times it is just piles of registers. We meet here to discuss what we are going to plant and how we are going to sell it. Sailu is a small town, so word travels fast. We do not need to do much advertising because everyone knows who we are. It is hard work, especially when the weather does not go our way. We have meetings late in the evening after everyone is done with their work in the fields. It is not a fancy corporate environment. We sit on plastic chairs and drink a lot of chai. Sometimes we disagree on things, but we always figure it out eventually. We are just local people trying to make the most of what we have. Parbhani is known for its agriculture, and we are just a small part of that. We take pride in what we grow and how we manage the business. It is a simple life, and we like it that way. We just keep moving forward, one season at a time.
