Parbhani Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Sailu, right in the Pawde Complex. It’s easy to find because it’s across from the Rest House in Sarvodaya Nagar. We chose this spot so farmers from around Parbhani could reach us easily. We aren't some distant company based in a city like Mumbai. We are right here in the 431503 area. The office is just a place to talk business and get the documents sorted out. Usually, there's a few of us sitting around discussing market rates or the next sowing season. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There might be some tea stains on the desk and papers piled up. That’s just because we’re actually working. Being a producer company means we're all in this together. We try to help each other with seeds and selling the harvest. It’s tough out there for a solo farmer. In Sailu, everyone knows everyone, so we have to keep things honest. We don’t use big words or make empty promises. We just look at what needs doing and try to do it. If you need us, just head to the complex. Someone is usually there, or at least nearby in the fields. It’s a simple life, but it’s our life. We’ve been here for years and plan to stay for many more. It is just about getting through the season together.
