If you are looking for us, we are based in the Parbhani district at the Zari unit. Our main spot is at the home of Sawant Vithalrao Raosaheb, house number nine. It is a familiar place for everyone in the area. We aren't a big operation with lots of employees, just a local group of farmers who decided to stick together. Parbhani can be a tough place to farm sometimes because of the heat and the way the seasons change, but we have all been doing this for a long time. We mostly spend our time chatting about the seeds, the fertilizer, and who is going to the market this week. The office is just a room where we keep our books and meet up after the sun goes down. There’s always someone stopping by with a question or just to share some news from their own field. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people know we are here just by word of mouth. It feels more like a family gathering than a real business meeting most of the time. We try to keep things moving along as best as we can without making things too complicated. Life is already busy enough with the fields to worry about, so we keep the company part very simple and practical. It’s just about getting the work done and looking out for one another in the village.
