Jaybholebhandari Farmer Producer Company Limited is just us farmers working together. Narbhushan Kumar Shukla helps run things from his place here in Vibhuti Nagar. It is a lot of work out in the fields every day. We handle crops and try to get everything sorted out for the season. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with the paperwork but we manage somehow. It is quiet mostly around here, just the sound of the equipment and people talking about the weather. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a spot where we can meet and talk about the harvest and what needs doing next. People around here know where we are. We just want to make sure things get done right for the local farms in the area. It takes a lot of time and effort to get the produce ready. We spend most of our mornings checking on the plants. If the rain is good, we are all happy. If not, we just have to work a bit harder. That is just how it goes here in Vibhuti Nagar. We are not doing anything fancy, just the basic farm work. Sometimes the trucks come by late and we have to stay up to finish the loading. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living and keep the farm going. We do not have secrets, just hard work.
