We started this company here in Jamb because several of us farmers in the Parbhani district wanted a better way to handle our work together. Our office is at House Number 401, right in the village. It isn't a fancy setup, just a place where we can coordinate things for the season. Dealing with crops and selling them is tough when you do it alone, so we figured working as a group made sense. We spend most of our time out in the fields or at the market, making sure the harvest goes okay. People around here know us from the local area since we've lived in Parbhani all our lives. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or the prices at the mandi are low, but we keep going. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us, the local farmers of Jamb Progressive Farmers Producer Company Limited, trying to get the job done day after day. We grow what we can and try to make sure everyone in the group gets a fair shake. There isn't much more to it than that. We focus on the practical stuff that matters to someone who works in the dirt.
