Shree Sai Collection

You can find Shree Sai Collection right by the Rani Station in the Pratap Bazar area. Because we are so close to the railway, we see a whole lot of people who are just passing through town. They usually have their bags with them and are in a bit of a rush to catch their next train. The shop floor is just plain concrete and we have these metal shelves that we painted ourselves a long time ago. It is definitely not a big modern showroom. We mostly just stack things up high and hope people can see what they are looking for. Sometimes when the trains go by, the whistles are so loud that we have to stop talking to the customers for a second. I spend a lot of my time just folding things back up. No matter how many times I tidy the shirts, someone always pulls one from the very bottom of the stack and the whole pile falls over. That is just part of the job. My younger brother helps out in the evenings when it gets busier. We keep a simple water pot in the corner for anyone who might be thirsty from their travels. The walls could really use some new paint, but we have been too busy to move all the stock out to do it. We stay open late into the evening because the trains never seem to stop. It is a busy spot but we like the noise.
