Sujay Chinese Fast Food

We’ve got our fast food spot, Sujay Chinese Fast Food, set up in Bhayander East, on Nanda Patkar Road Extension 1. It’s basically a small kitchen where we do Indo-Chinese style cooking. The woks are going almost non-stop once the evening starts. You can hear the metal spatulas clinking against the pans from down the street. It’s a pretty busy road, so there’s always people stopping by on their way home. We have a few plastic stools outside but mostly people just take their food to go. The heat from the high-flame burners is no joke, especially in the summer months. We spend our afternoons chopping cabbage and carrots and getting the sauces lined up in bottles. It’s not a fancy place at all, just some light bulbs and a counter where you pay. We’ve had some trouble with the signage lately because of the rain, but we’re still here every day. It’s just us working the line, tossing the noodles and rice. Sometimes we get a big order for a party in the nearby buildings and that keeps us hopping. The address is easy to find if you’re on the extension road. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just cook and serve the folks who show up. It’s a simple life and we like the people around here in Bhayander. We try to keep the spices just right for every order.
