Sai Fast Food Centre

Our little shop is tucked away on Bhayandar 7th Cross Street, right at 1st Stage 12. It’s not a very big place but we manage to get a lot done in this small space. Every morning we open up the shutters and start prepping for the day. There’s always something to chop or a large pot of something bubbling on the stove. The street outside can get quite busy with people walking to work or heading home. We see a lot of the same faces every day, folks who just want a quick bite without any fuss. The fans overhead try their best to keep the air moving but it gets warm once the cooking really starts. We keep the menu simple because that is what people seem to like around here. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right by the door and it gets a bit cramped. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just the sound of the pans clanking and the smell of spices in the air. We try to keep things clean and moving fast so nobody has to wait too long. If you walk past the cross street you can usually smell what we are making from a few houses away. It’s just honest work for us, making food that fills people up. We stay open until the street goes quiet at night.
