Raju Chinese Fast Food

Raju Chinese Fast Food is located over at Kandge Park on Sinhgad Road in the Mira Road area. We’ve been serving food here for a good while now. It’s mostly just a big wok and a high-pressure stove that makes a lot of noise. We do Indo-Chinese style food because that’s what people around here like to eat after work. The place isn't very large, just enough room for the kitchen and a couple of tables for people who don't want to take their food away. We get a lot of delivery drivers coming in and out, which keeps us on our toes. The walls are decorated with some old posters, and the lighting is a bit dim, but it’s comfortable enough. We buy our vegetables from the market nearby every afternoon before we open up. Sometimes the soy sauce stains the counters, so we’re always scrubbing something down. It’s a lot of chopping and frying, day in and day out. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the heat. We don’t bother with fancy plating or anything. We just put the food in the containers and send it out. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening on Sinhgad Road. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the stove hot. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of the local food scene here.
