K. B. Sawant Engineering Private Limited

We've been operating out of the Jamuna Building for quite a while now. It's located in the Tungareshwar Industrial Complex No. 1, right in the Sativali area of Vasai East. If you know the area, you know it's a real hub for small workshops and factories. We are in unit 37. It’s not a fancy place, just a solid workspace where we get the job done. We handle all sorts of engineering tasks, mostly involving machine parts and repair work that keeps other businesses running. The days are usually pretty loud with the sound of machinery and the general bustle of the industrial complex. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. What you see is what you get. The team is just a bunch of hardworking folks who know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. We spend most of our time on the shop floor, often staying late if a client is in a bind. Sativali can get really congested with trucks and deliveries, but we've grown used to the chaos over the years. We know the other shop owners around here, and we often help each other out with tools or advice. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t make big claims about being the best; we just focus on the work sitting on the bench in front of us. It’s been our home for years, and we plan to stay right here in Vasai, doing what we know.
