Delicious Foods

Our shop is located at Shop No.7/ 08 in the Amarchaya building, specifically in B 15/17 of Section 07. We are right in the Shanti Nagar area of Mira Road East. The kitchen starts getting busy very early in the morning when we begin prepping the day's food. You can usually smell what we are cooking from the sidewalk before you even get to the door. We have a few stove burners that stay on for most of the day and a big sink for all the washing up. The space is a bit tight with all the ingredients and packing boxes we keep on hand. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and checking the supplies in the pantry. Mira Road East is a lively neighborhood and there are always people walking past our window. We have a small counter where people can pick up their orders or ask about what’s on the menu today. It’s not a fancy restaurant, just a place where we make food every day for the people around here. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside waiting for the bags to be ready. We try to keep things clean and organized, but when it’s lunch time, things get a little chaotic for a bit. We just keep cooking and making sure everything is packed up right before it goes out. It’s a lot of heat and noise but we enjoy the work.
