Our office is at Chander Pal’s place in Village Lad, right near the Power House. If you’re driving through Tehsil Badhra, you’ll see the Power House and know you’re close. It’s a very practical location because we are right in the middle of where everything grows. The air smells like the fields, which is better than city exhaust. We started Dhartiagrotech to help with local farming needs. We aren’t experts in suits; we are just people who grew up around here and know how hard the work is. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area on the walls. We spend a lot of time out of the office anyway, meeting people at their gates or looking at their dirt. It’s a lot of driving back and forth on dusty roads. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or the weather doesn’t cooperate, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a small place where we keep our records and meet up to plan the week. People stop by for a chat and a glass of water all the time. It’s a community thing as much as a business. We just want to keep the land productive and make sure everyone gets a fair shake. It’s honest work near the Power House.
