You’ll find our office at Plot No-4 in Karan Vihar Phase-5. We are right on the 100 Feet Road in Sector-21, Pocket-1. The Pol Star School is the main landmark around here if you’re trying to find us. It’s a developing area, so there’s always some construction or activity going on nearby. Our office is a straightforward place. We have our computers, some drafting tools, and plenty of space to spread out large maps and drawings. It’s not a polished, high-end studio. It’s a working office where we actually get our hands dirty with the details. We spend a lot of time discussing structural issues and making sure our plans are accurate. The 100 Feet Road can get pretty busy, so there’s a lot of street noise, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been part of this Karan Vihar neighborhood for a while and we see ourselves as a local fixture. We don't use any big marketing words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just engineers and architects who live and work in the same community as our clients. Usually, you’ll find someone here from early morning until late evening. We have a simple setup because we prefer to focus on the technical work rather than fancy furniture. It’s an honest, practical way to run a business and it works for us and the people we help. Just regular work for regular people.
