Architect Hem Jain

Architect Hem Jain is located over in Rohini at Star Apartments. We are right on Captain Shaheed Dahiya Marg, which is pretty close to the Vidya Vihar Apartments. It is a quiet area, which is good when you are trying to concentrate on a complicated floor plan. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and shelves full of old project files. We spend a lot of our time looking at site photos and trying to solve space problems. Rohini is a big area, so we are often out driving to different sectors to check on construction progress. We don't have a marketing team or a set of corporate values taped to the wall. We just know how buildings go together and we help people get their ideas onto paper. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to vendors and making sure the measurements on the site match what we drew in the office. It can be a bit tedious, but that’s the nature of the job. We have been here for a while and most people find us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it’s finished.
