Khan Architects

We are located at E-15/146 in Rohini Sector 8, right near Hitaishi Hospital. It is a pretty busy spot and we have been working out of this office for quite some time now. Our day usually starts with checking on blueprints and making sure the drawings for various local houses are moving along. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us here sitting at our desks with pencils and rulers. The office is often a bit messy with rolls of paper and half-finished sketches lying around. Rohini has so many different types of buildings, and we try to handle the ones that come our way with a bit of common sense. We do the structural plans and the basic layouts that people need to get their homes built properly. Sometimes the weather in Delhi is so hot that site visits feel like a real chore, but we have to go out and check the foundations anyway. You will often see us walking over to the hospital area to grab a quick snack during our break. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the rooms are the right size. It is honest work and we like being part of the local community here in Sector 8.
