Grr Architects

Our office, Grr Architects, is tucked away in Unity Apartments, over in Sector-24 of Rohini. We’re in Pocket-23, specifically at number 30. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we actually like because it keeps things a bit calmer than the main market areas. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors all know us by now. The office itself is just a regular apartment space that we’ve converted for our work. We have a couple of large tables for our blueprints and a few computers for the technical stuff. It’s not a big, polished studio with glass walls. It’s more of a place where you can actually see the work happening. There’s usually a lot of paper everywhere and maybe some coffee mugs that haven’t been cleared away yet. We spend a lot of time debating over designs and checking local building codes for Delhi. It’s a lot of detailed work, and we try to be as careful as we can with it. People usually find us because they live in the area or they’ve seen our name on some plans. We don't do big presentations. If you come by, we’ll just pull up a chair and show you what we’re working on. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. Rohini is a big place, but being in Unity Apartments makes it feel a bit more like a local shop. We just stick to the drawings and the plans.
