Architects Pitch

Architects Pitch is located right on the Main Road in Pitampura. We are at Kd-303, which is a fairly easy place to spot if you are driving around Delhi. The office is pretty basic because we spend most of our energy on the actual building designs. It is usually a bit noisy outside because of the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We do a lot of sketches and site visits. People come to us when they have a plot of land and no idea how to start. We don’t have some polished sales pitch or a glossy brochure to hand out. We just talk about where the stairs should go and how to keep the costs from getting too high. Most of our day is spent dealing with the municipal rules and making sure the drawings are accurate. It’s a lot of math and common sense. We’ve been in Pitampura for a bit, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The desk is always covered in rulers and pens. We don’t really have a big corporate structure here, it’s just us working through projects one by one. If someone stops by, they usually find us looking at a blueprint or talking to a contractor on the phone. It’s just regular work for us, and we try to get it done right without making a big fuss about it.
