If you head over to Central Market in Prashant Vihar, you’ll find us in Sushma Tower. We’re at 105 in D-Block. Wirex Dies & Steel India Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a mouthful, but we’ve been using the name for years. We deal with steel and dies, which is pretty straightforward work. The office is right in the middle of the market, so there’s always something going on outside our door. It’s a busy spot, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of technical drawings and order forms. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. People come to us because they know we’ve been in the steel business for a long time. We try to keep things simple. When someone needs a specific die or a certain type of steel, we see if we have it or if we can get it. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of phone calls and checking inventory. The team here is small, mostly just a few of us who have worked together forever. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change things or move from our spot in Prashant Vihar.
