Citizen Ispat Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a space in Trinagar, New Delhi. We are located at 341/27, Onkar Nagar, and we share the space with Shri Jagdish Prasad Saini. Working in the steel industry in a place like Delhi means dealing with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just the nature of the business. Trinagar is a very busy area, full of small shops and narrow lanes that are always packed with people and rickshaws. We spend most of our time dealing with iron and steel orders. It is heavy work and requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't get the quantities wrong. We aren't a big corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. Most of the time, the fans are just pushing the warm air around while we look over invoices and delivery schedules. We talk to contractors and builders all day long. They want their materials on time, and we do our best to make that happen despite the Delhi traffic. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting through the day's tasks. There aren't any fancy missions here, just the daily routine of buying and selling metal. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it is honest work that keeps the city building. We just keep our heads down and handle the steel as best as we can.
