Our place is at Plot No-17, Gali No-3, right by the railway line in the Anand Parbhat Industrial Area. If you come by New Rohtak Road, you’ll find us easily enough near the tracks. Bansal Iron And Sheet Traders is where we handle a lot of heavy metal every day. It’s a noisy area with the trains going by and the sounds of iron being moved around. We deal with sheets and all sorts of iron products. The yard is usually full of stock, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get around sometimes. It’s a rough and ready kind of environment. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Instead, we are out there checking the loads and making sure the right sheets are being sent out to the customers. The dust from the industrial area is just part of the life here. We've been here for years and we've seen the area change a lot, but the work stays pretty much the same. It is physical work and you have to be careful when moving the heavy stuff. We just focus on the trade and talking to the people who come in looking for materials for their own projects. It is a straightforward business with no frills. We open up, do the lifting and the selling, and that’s about it for us. It’s a long day, but it’s good work.
