Bhushan Steel Limited

Bhushan Steel Limited has an office in Rohini, specifically in Sector 9 at the Rishi Apartments. We are in flat number 57. It’s a bit of a trek if you're coming from South Delhi, but for this part of the city, it’s a good location. Working out of an apartment keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less stiff. We aren't hidden behind a giant glass wall in some corporate park. We are right here where people live. The office is functional. We’ve got what we need to manage the steel supply chain. A lot of our time is spent coordinating between the different factories and the customers who need the material for their projects. Rohini is a well-planned area, so getting around isn't too bad most of the time. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. We don't use fancy brochures or try to sell people on big ideas. We just tell them what we have in stock and when it can be delivered. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, other days are completely chaotic with everyone calling at once. That is just the nature of the steel industry. We’ve been here long enough to not get too rattled by the busy times. We just keep our heads down and work.
