Ambica Steels

We are located at 323/2 in the Railway Colony over in Rani Bagh. It is part of the Shakur Basti area here in Delhi. Being so close to the railway means there is always a lot of movement. You can hear the trains passing by quite often, which you just get used to after a week of working here. It is a practical location for our steel business. Our work keeps us busy from Monday morning through Saturday evening. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of metal filing cabinets. We do not see the point in making the place look like a fancy showroom when there is real work to be done. The area is quite residential in some parts, so it is a mix of families and small businesses like ours. Sometimes the mail gets a bit mixed up because of the way the colony is laid out, but we usually sort it out with the neighbors. Delhi 110034 is our home base and we have grown to like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It is not the quietest place in the world, but it has everything we need close by. We drink a lot of tea while looking over the inventory lists. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the status of various deliveries. It is hard work, and the summer heat in Delhi does not make it any easier.
