Our office for Action Ispat And Power Private Limited is located at 8, Kamdhanu Appartment in Rohini, New Delhi. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building rather than a big glass tower, but it makes the place feel a lot more personal. You get to know the neighbors and the people walking their dogs downstairs. Inside, we’ve turned the space into a proper working environment. There are desks everywhere and the walls are covered with charts and maps. Being in Rohini is nice because it’s a bit more residential, so it’s not as loud as the city center. We spend our hours here tracking power and steel data, making sure every number matches up. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking over the sound of the air conditioner. We don’t have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just goes and opens it. We usually bring our lunches from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done correctly and on time. It is a humble setup, but we have everything we need to keep the business moving. The 110085 area has been good to us for a long while now.
