Over here at Well Make Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd., we’re based in Phase-II of the Mangolpuri Industrial Area. Our unit is A-28, and it’s a pretty standard industrial shed like the others on this block. We’ve been here quite some time now, focusing on engineering parts and components. The machinery we use is old but reliable, and we spend a lot of time keeping it maintained. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but that’s engineering for you. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific parts made to order. Every morning starts with a quick check of the machines and a look at the schedule for the day. We don't really have a marketing team or a big sales department. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. Mangolpuri is always busy, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the street outside our gate. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we just get on with it. We like the way we do things here. It's a simple operation, really. Just some guys who know how to work with metal and machines, trying to run a decent business without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just focus on the specs we're given and try to be accurate with our measurements every time.
