We are located at G-862 in Anandwas, Shakurpur. It’s a part of New Delhi that is always humming with activity. This office is where we handle a lot of the local Cpwd work. It’s a functional space, meant for getting things done rather than looking pretty. You’ll see plenty of files, maps of the area, and probably a few dusty ledgers sitting on the shelves. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know the neighborhood pretty well. Shakurpur is the kind of place where everyone is busy, and we are no exception. Our days are spent checking on different maintenance tasks or looking over building plans. It’s not the sort of job where things are always perfect. Sometimes there are delays or things don't go exactly as planned, but we stay here and work through it. We don't have any fancy receptionists or a waiting room with magazines. People just come in, find who they need to talk to, and we sort things out right there. There is usually a pot of tea on the go, and someone is usually talking about a project that needs finishing. We are just a local office trying to keep the infrastructure in our area in one piece. It’s a bit old-fashioned in the way we do things, but it works for us and the community here. It’s a simple life with a lot of practical tasks to get through.
