Our office is tucked away at 107 B in Anand Nagar, which is part of the Inderlok area in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how Inderlok can get—it’s always busy and there’s a lot of movement. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid structure where we’ve set up shop. We’re in the 110035 zip code, and it feels very much like the heart of the city here. Every morning, the climb up the stairs gets us started, and there is usually some noise from the street filtering through the windows. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how Delhi is. We have our desks and our computers, and we mostly just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the week. Lunchtime usually involves someone bringing in food from one of the local spots nearby, or maybe just eating at the desk if things are busy. The Inderlok metro station isn’t too far off, so some of us use that to get home. The space inside is functional. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we just wipe it off and keep going. It’s a real, working environment with no frills. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the rhythm of the neighborhood has become part of our daily life.
