Era Infra Engineering (I) Ltd. New Delhi

We are based out of 203, New Millennium Apartment in Sector-21, Rohini. It’s a bit different because we’re in an apartment building rather than a big glass office tower. Era Infra Engineering (I) Ltd. New Delhi has its own little corner here. It feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which isn't a bad thing. We have desks set up in the different rooms and a big table for looking at drawings in what used to be the dining area. Rohini is a big residential hub, so it’s usually pretty quiet during the day when everyone else is off at work. We spend our hours talking to contractors and trying to figure out the best way to move projects forward. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We don't have a HR department or a PR person. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We handle a lot of the technical side of the business from this spot. Sometimes it’s a bit weird being in an apartment, but it works for us. We have a small balcony where we can step out and get some fresh air when the office gets too stuffy with paper. We’ve been here for several years and have gotten to know the security guards and the local shopkeepers quite well. It’s a practical setup for a team that just wants to get things done.
