Vijax Wire Drawing Enterprises

Our place is on the first floor over in Sector 16, Rohini, specifically at H-2/86. It’s an industrial area, so it’s never really quiet around here. We spend our days drawing wire, which is basically pulling metal through dies to make it thinner. It is a loud process and the machines produce a lot of heat. The floor can get a bit oily and we have to be careful where we step. Being on the first floor means we have to haul materials up and down, which keeps us in shape I guess. We have been in Rohini for a while and we know the other guys in the building pretty well. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a regular shop where we get the work done. The lights are usually humming and there is always a stack of coils waiting to be processed. We don’t really do much marketing or anything. Most people find us because they need wire and they know we are here. It gets pretty stuffy in the summer months, but we just open the windows and keep going. We handle the paperwork at a small desk tucked in the corner. It's a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention so nothing snaps or gets tangled. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. It’s just a standard small business vibe for people who need this type of work.
