Our place is located at A-12 in the G T Karnal Road Industrial Area. Being on this main road means we are always surrounded by the sound of trucks and heavy traffic. Inside the facility, we focus on making various devices. It’s a bit more technical than some of the other workshops around here. We have assembly benches where people sit with soldering irons and small components. It’s a structured environment because you can’t really be messy when you’re dealing with electronics. The floors are grey and the walls are plain, which helps everyone stay focused on the task at hand. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just follow the daily production schedule and try to make sure everything we put together actually works like it’s supposed to. There is a small office area near the front where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty casual even though the work is serious. Lunchtime is usually the only time it gets quiet in here. We see a lot of different people coming through for deliveries or pickups. G T Karnal Road is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the congestion, but it’s a good spot for a business like ours to be situated. We just keep our heads down and keep the production line moving from Monday to Saturday. This is how we operate every week.
