Our workshop is located at A-57 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you know Wazirpur, you know it’s a lot of metal and hard work. We focus on hydraulics here. It’s a lot of pipes, valves, and oil. The floors stay a bit slippery no matter how much we scrub them. It’s just the nature of working with hydraulic fluid. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on paperwork because we’re usually too busy fixing things or checking the pressure on a pump. The noise from the steel plants nearby is constant, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We aren't a corporate office with air conditioning. It gets pretty hot in the summer under the tin roof. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Most of our tools have been with us since we started. They’re worn out but they still do the job better than the new cheap ones. People come to Continental Hydraulics India because they need something that won't break. We don't talk much, we just get the repairs done. If you're coming by, the parking is tight, so it’s better to come early in the morning. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Wazirpur, but we’re still here at A-57. It is not always easy, but we manage to get the work done every day.
