Steel Crafts Equipment

Steel Crafts Equipment is located at E-222 in Meer Vihar, which is part of the Madan Pur Dabas area. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main city hubs, but we like it here. The roads around the workshop can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit tricky for the delivery bikes. We have a simple workshop where we keep our tools and the raw steel we work with. It’s not the most organized place in the world, as there are always scraps and offcuts sitting in the corners. We don't have a professional photographer to take pictures of our stuff, so what you see is just what we’re working on that day. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, except for the sound of our own work. We’ve got a few benches and some heavy-duty racks for the finished equipment. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling everything from the welding to the packing. We don't have a dedicated sales person or a fancy office suite. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. Most of our day is spent standing on the concrete floor, wearing our work boots and getting things ready for the customers. We don't follow any corporate handbooks or anything like that. We just do the work the way we were taught. It’s a basic, honest living in a quiet part of the district. We’re happy with the way things are going.
