We are located at Plot No 208 on the Second Floor of the R.G.Complex in Sec-14 Rohini. It’s a busy commercial building with all sorts of offices and shops. Shree Balaji Engicare isn't a factory; we mostly do service and technical support for engineering equipment. Our space is divided into a front office area and a small workshop in the back where we look at circuit boards and small mechanical parts. It’s usually quiet here, except for the sound of people talking on the phones or the occasional hum of a testing machine. We’ve been in Rohini for a while now, and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers because most of our work is scheduled in advance or done at the client’s site. The stairs in the R.G.Complex can be a bit much if you are carrying heavy equipment, but we are used to the climb. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that knows how to fix things when they break down. We spend a lot of time reading through technical manuals and trying to figure out why a machine stopped working. It takes a lot of patience and sometimes a bit of trial and error. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and they just call us whenever they need help.
